  Being able to nest quotes would be cool.
  
  I notice the date posted is listed, but I don't see a numerical listing?
  Can that be added?
  Would be helpful for cross referring during comments.

  CC - I think you can actually simply link back to the comment you are referring to. This might be even more convenient as one can just open the other comment in another tab and won't have to scroll up in longer running discussions.

  Re the coloured font - it's not available at the moment. You can use bold and/or italics to make text stand out, or the quote under the formatting option if necessary.
  
  Same with comment numbering - I'll see if I can find a way to do that. In the meantime, Baerbel's suggestion is best.

  Cool, colors are fun, but easy to do without.
  
  Numbering I think has a more important place, seems like an address of sorts.  Particularly if a thread runs very long.  But, it's just a nice extra whistle.  Having the forum is what matters.  I was simply tossing in all the suggestions that came to mind.
  
  On the totally positive side being able to nest quotes now is very cool.  Thank you

  I think leaving coloured fonts disabled is a very wise move. I've seen what happens on forums when it is enabled, and it's not pretty.

  Oh here's a handy trick for anyone who wants to misbehave. If you convince the admin to enable coloured fonts you can then set the colour to white. This is handy if you want to swear like a trooper without getting busted for it. You can add all sorts of extended abusive footnotes to your heart's content.
  
  Which is another good reason for not allowing coloured fonts.
