Contrast on text, title boxes.

I find that most the time I need to guess where the text box is because I can't clearly discern it.  
It's partly my eyes - still seems that more contrast would help better clarify page boundaries.

Is that better or do you need it darker still? (This is a quick fix. I can play around with it later to make it more accessible - by later I mean over the next few days.)
